# Complete Sound Healing Program Requirements
By enrolling in the QMU Complete Sound Healing Program, I understand and agree to the following:
## Live Participation and Recordings
I understand that this is a live, interactive certification program. I am expected to participate in the required training, guided-practice and final-integration sessions listed on the checkout page.
I understand that live attendance on both days of the Tuning Fork Healing Intensive—September 26 and September 27, 2026—is mandatory. Missing either day may prevent me from completing the tuning-fork component or receiving certification. Any unavoidable absence must be communicated to QMU immediately. Additional requirements may be assigned, and a make-up option is not guaranteed.
Session recordings will be posted within 48 hours for continued study, but recordings do not automatically replace required live participation.
I understand that live sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled students. I will not copy, distribute or share program recordings or other students’ personal information outside the program.
## Required Tuning Forks
I understand that I must obtain both of the following before the first tuning-fork class on September 26, 2026:
* One weighted seven-chakra planetary tuning fork set
* One standard/unweighted seven-chakra planetary tuning fork set
Both sets must contain the required planetary chakra frequencies identified in the QMU Tuning Fork Purchasing Guide.
## Required Singing Bowl
I understand that I must have reliable access to at least one playable crystal or Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowl by October 4, 2026.
I do not have to own the bowl, but it must be available for the Bowl & Resonance Healing class, required practice and my certification recording.
I understand that all required equipment is obtained separately and is not included in program tuition.
## Assignments and Certification
I understand that enrollment and attendance alone do not guarantee certification. To receive the **QMU Integrative Sound Healing Practitioner Certification**, I must:
* Complete both days of the Tuning Fork Healing Intensive
* Complete the Foundations & Instruments training and integration exercises
* Participate in required live practice
* Submit my certification materials by October 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET
* Demonstrate safe and appropriate use of the techniques taught
* Complete any additional requirements or revisions requested during the assessment process
The tuning-fork facilitator reviews and confirms completion of the tuning-fork component. Final certification is issued by QMU only after all Complete Program requirements have been successfully completed.
## Educational Scope
I understand that this program provides education in complementary and energetic sound-healing practices. It does not provide medical, mental-health or other licensed clinical training.
Certification does not authorize me to diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, make medical claims or represent myself as a licensed healthcare professional unless I hold separate qualifications permitting me to do so.
## Personal Responsibility and Program Materials
I am responsible for using sound-healing instruments safely, respecting participant comfort and boundaries, working within the scope of my training and seeking appropriate professional guidance when a situation falls outside that scope.
Program manuals, recordings and instructional materials are provided for my personal educational use. I will not reproduce, resell, distribute or use these materials to certify others without written authorization from QMU or the applicable content owner.
If I select a payment plan, I understand that it divides the full tuition into scheduled installments and is not a cancel-anytime subscription. I remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless QMU agrees otherwise in writing.
